Message: By far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the initial call to Roger after I found the car on an online site(BMW 335i). I arrived and worked with Ben. Ben proposed an extremely fair deal that I thought would be an insult to counter. I went to the bank and picked up the check. I spent maybe 10 minutes with the finance manager, Karen. She was fantastic and had a plate on my car within minutes. Everyone was just so easy to work with. The service has continued after the sale. Message: I don't buy cars very often and when I do I absolutely hate doing it. Many places assume that I know nothing of the car business or how auto auctions work. Coming here was a very nice experience. I saw what I wanted on the Carfax website. They never tried to upsell me or ask me to increase my down payment. I financed through the dealer ultimately using Coastal Credit Union which also was a pleasant experience. If you need a car and understand how cars are priced I'd recommend this dealer very highly. Karen was great to work with and she even handled not being available by phone. Look around but come here for a simple car buying process.
