Message: Went to White's for just a simple oil change for the van. The associates were nice, friendly and professional. The associate was nice but only told me it would be "a while" before they could get to it and unsure how long it would take. The waiting room is nice and warm and bathrooms were clean and not smelly. The estimated time although was uncertain, was not very long. I know it was just a simple oil change but to me, completing the job on time makes a difference to me. They are not the cheapest but not more expensive than the other guys either. Giving a good time estimate is very helpful.
