Message: Finding this place was never our plan. My family and I live outside of Jacksonville Nc which is home to Camp Lejeune military base so the car market is crazy high and very slim. With that being said I started searching other nearby towns for a dependable, low mileage car for our son who’s about to be several hours away from home at college. I knew I wanted a Acura or Honda but finding the right one was becoming a challenge until I broadened the search area towards Raleigh and that when these guys popped up. Their selection (and having 2 lots)and having several vehicles that we were interested in made it worth the 2hr drive. When we arrived we had already researched 4 possible vehicles and we started looking with no pushy sales person following your every move. Once we narrowed it down Mrs Joy set us up on a test ride and we decided on a very clean low mileage Acura ILX. Message: I just stopped be to get a picture of the 4 Chevrolet SSr convertibles they had. I had to send a picture to my dad. He paid $8k above sticker price to buy the first one in the Orlando area. He drove it 2 years and General Motors had to buy it back for the price he paid for it minus mileage. It ended up costing him slightly over $200 a month to own after the Florida Lemon Law and an Intermittent air conditioning system inoperative problem.

Message: I recently purchased a car from this dealer. I was a bit wary initially as it appears much of their business is "buy here/pay here". However, the dealer had a low-mileage Honda S2000 I was strongly interested in. All contact had to be via phone, text, and email as I live out of their area, 450 miles away from the dealership.. My entire contact was with Joy Trejo. I found her very straightforward and honest to deal with. She applied absolutely no pressure to buy. I mean, zero. When I asked for an independent inspection before placing a deposit on the car, she obliged and waited for the inspection to be done.. Once the inspection revealed the car was to my satisfaction, I felt comfortable leaving a deposit and arranging to pay the car in full. No odd fees in addition to the the typical documentation fee. Please note: deposit requested was 10% and was not refundable, so it was good that I waited for the inspection to leave it. Joy also assisted me in having the car transported to me here in Ohio for a reasonable rate. She was easy to contact during the entire process.. I just received the car a few days ago and it's exactly as the inspector described.. Overall, I had a straightforward, positive experience and I am satisfied with my purchase. Thanks, Joy!
