Message: Needed help finding the right plastic retaining pin for my car's mudflap. Walked into the 1921 S. Main St. branch in Waynesville/Hazelwood ( not sure as I'm not from around here). Encountered Cameron.. Still having to wear a mask all day, I don't know how people do it. But Cameron was as cheerful as can be,. helpful as can be,. and patient as can be.. Came outside to make sure I was buying the right product (that fit my car). He also stuck around to watch me apply some touch up paint he helped me pick out.. to on the spot mask up an unsightly scrape on the front cowel. When he first noticed it, he expressed genuine dismay. So having someone to share in the successful touch up job was nice.. He's seems like an easy goin fella I could hang around all day.. O'Reilly Auto Parts is fortunate to have a representative of the company like Cameron, and the other employees at his location are equally fortunate to have him for a coworker.. If he's not already management, he should be considered for it. In the meantime, I hope he's getting paid well. If he's not.... don't worry Cameron, Karma smiles warmly on and doesn't forget people and workers like you.

Message: I wanna thank the guys at O'Reilly's, my renegade had been doing all kinds of strange electrical things, I called the dealership and they didn't have an opening until October. the younger gentleman tested my battery the electrical and the alternator and just by the smell alone(just started smelling like rotten eggs, about 3 hrs before going, while arguing with the dealership over the phone), he knew exactly what it was, and the tests confirmed it. although my jeep isn't a simple positive and negative post change, and he couldn't assist. He provided me with the tools, even some off the shelf and a cart to make the swap in the parking lot. These guys are awesome. 150 dollar fix for peace of mind. No more random codes. no more smell. No more random lights on the dash. the jeep has never started so easily and that's included the day I purchased it. Hats off to these guys. knowledgeable and helpful and offered advice even tho they weren't able to install it, they still made it super convenient for me to do it myself. now i don't have to drop it off at the dealer hoping someone cancels between now and Oct 8th.. Yall just became my go to, thank you so much..
