Message: This shop has the friendliest, most helpful team members and they are always so quick too. Getting my tires serviced is literally a pleasure when I do it here, and I am more vigilant about keeping my tires serviced and getting them replaced because of it. It never feels like a chore. I’ve even been surprised at how affordable tires are. I always spend less than I expect to and never feel like I am being sold or pressured. Highly recommend. I won’t go anywhere else.

Message: Rob was my advisor. I bought my tires and they have been great so far. He did an awesome job. I had bought some windshield wipers that were defective as well. I came back to the store and he upgraded them to premium ones for free. I really appreciated it the service.

He explained there was an unusual amount of customers that day and I did see that he was even on the floor working. Thanks Jared.. I don’t know what was going on May 13, but I had a 915am appointment to get 4 new tires and they estimated it would be done by 1130am. My car wasn’t started until 12 and done by probably 1230. I sat there the whole time watching what seemed to be walk-ins get taken care of in 30-45min. From the online appointment maker, it looks like there would’ve only been 2 appoints before me… staff was friendly and professional.

Message: I wanted a new set of Michelin tires and they are hard to find. Discount tire had them in stock and as a long time customer, they helped me get the tires I needed immediately and matched a discount from a competitor a week before the promotion started. Just in time for a trip with the family. Great tires, great service.

Message: I’ve used Discount Tire for about a decade. They have decent prices.. I like how they offer free tire rotations and air checks. I travel all around the country, and I like how I can stop at any of their nationwide locations for fast service (as long as they’re not busy or I call ahead for an appointment).. They only take walk-ins between 8 and 9 am. That’s perfect for me, because I can often get in and out without an appointment if I show up right at 8 or a tad earlier. Then I can fuel up at Costco (before the rush begins at 10) and head to work.. One downside is the tire warranties and how they handle them. The tire warranties typically only give you a good discount when the tread is around 3/10, but the salespeople here tell you fairly insistently to replace the tires at 4/10.. I can’t say for sure whether the tire companies they buy from are have created warranties based on the idea that tires are fine when they’re actually unsafe, or if the salespeople are told to get people to replace their tires a little too early.. But it’s definitely an issue to make a decision on (i. e., do you want to run longer on tires that for a few thousand more miles when they could be unsafe in order potentially to save a little money with a tread-activated warranty?) For the record, I think safety is best.
