Message: Update, staffer helpful with advice on how to order a special lightbulb for my Mazda. Although AAP did not carry it, staffer made good recommendations. Previous. Six staffers and no one asked to help me when I first arrived. Only after a second customer came in did a staffer come to assist us. AA, you can do a lot better.

Message: I wanted to give a shout out to Robert R at the University Parkway store for going above and beyond for my wife and 3 year old daughter. I work out of town and her car would not start. She was able to get it started and drove to Advance for help, She said even though it was 30 minutes until they close and cold and rainy Robert didn't hesitate to come to her aid, he checked her battery, starter and alternator and determined it was in fact a bad battery, he explained to her all the different batteries and gave her advice on what to do based on her vehicle recommendations, she said he was the absolute best and polite she'd ever met in these times and circumstances. He made her feel comfortable and calm and got her back on the road safely and efficiently. Advance you have a great employee here with excellent customer service and I applaud him because nowadays that is a very rare thing. My wife tried to tip him and he refused it and said that his reward was getting her and my daughter back on the road safely. Thank you Robert, you have a customer for life and we will come see you for anything else we need..
