Message: I purchased a 2023 Lightning at Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest. It is my third F150, and my fourth vehicle purchase at Crossroads over the past several years. My experience was great, no back and forth, no issues, very professional service. It was a great experience. I was in and out in a couple hours, most of which had to do with charging my new truck which is also great. I highly recommend Crossroads of Wake Forest and Mike Kramer specifically.

Message: A shout out to Davis(in pick with my hubby) super nice salesman. We went through the process and I got off late last night he stayed with us till I realized part of the loan was unfinished. He was patient with as we talked it over and I was trying to figure the loan through my bank out. Then we came back the next day and picked up were we left off. The manager over him last night was a pit more pushy then I would like. So one star off for him. But it was a good care buy experience there over all. Thanks Davis!
