Message: Got my first bike from Waynesville Cycle Center. Their inventory is all very good quality. This 2019 R3 is exactly what I wanted. Trevor was extremely helpful and we negotiated a really great price. I couldn't be happier with my choice and I'll absolutely be back to this shop again! Jake and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. I never felt like I was being rushed through my decision or through any part of the process, even with all my rookie questions. Great people, and great bikes!

Message: Chad was a great salesman and made the process of getting my hard to find 2021 raptor 700r SE very pleasant and stress free highly recommend him.. The financial manager was also amazing help with not only the purchase of the quad but also just general motorsports knowledge.. Other staff and shop manger were very helpful as well. Especially Daniel who did a great job strapping my new toy down for the ride home.

Message: Everyone is super friendly and Jake is AMAZING! upfront, honest, will help you in any way and answer any question that you have. I called beforehand and asked Jake to have everything done so all I would need to do is sign when I got there since I was coming from Georgia. Sure enough, when I arrived, that was all I had to do. A mechanic came out to give me the basics and "need to know" information and a full tank of gas. Since I am a female and a beginner rider, I can definitely say this was the BEST large purchase experience that I have ever had by far. Thanks Jake, I absolutely LOVE my Honda Rebel 1100.

Message: I recently purchased a 2022 Kawasaki Mule Pro-FXT LE from Waynesville Cycle Center and was very satisfied with the experience overall. I had the pleasure of working with Trevor Crisp, who was very accommodating and helpful in selecting the right machine for my needs. Once ordered, he kept me updated throughout the entire process.. Considering the pandemic has derailed most of manufacturing, they were able to receive my machine and install the implements I ordered in a very acceptable time frame and did a fantastic job on the installs.. Upon closing the deal, I dealt with Jake who was just as helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and providing some great insight regarding the future of my machine.. Once I was out the door, the tech that did the installs gave me a very comprehensive overview of the machine and the implements installed. Again, just as helpful as the guys before.. Finally, the guys helped me load the machine up and even hooked me up with some free swag! These guys were very professional and made the process a breeze. I will definitely be giving my business to Waynesville Cycle Center in the future, as well as sending any potential business their way!

Message: These guys are amazing and easy to work with, just wow. From the moment I called them to ask about what I wanted to the time I rolled out with the bike, they were above amazing. Tarek, Jake from State Farm, Josh and Dylan were very friendly and went above and beyond with everything. Tarek is the sales guy and he was a pleasure to work with, no pressure with anything and gave me an awesome deal. Jake made filling out the paper work a blast, I couldn't stop laughing.. The dude is just funny. Josh and Dylan in the back shop made sure I understood everything about the bike and made sure it was loaded up properly and everything. 10 out of 10 I'll be looking to buy whatever two wheel machine I buy next from them..
