Message: Mechanic work is imperfect. I have a unicorn when it comes to trucks. Not quite a lemon, not quite the most reliable. Scott, has had to redo some work. He doesn't mince words. He has stood by every thing he has done. Even towed my truck at no cost to me when it didn't start. What makes that special, was there was nothing wrong with it. Got to him and it fired right up. He just said keep an eye on it. I've had specialty work done. I have had routine work done, his costs have been fair and consistent. I don't expect perfection when it comes to a shop, I expect people to stand by their work. Scott does that, and then some. I appreciate his willingness and understanding that he isn't perfect either. My truck is running great thanks in no small part to trucks unlimited. This is my go to shop, and will be so till my truck is gone.
