Message: It's an "OK" place, for 3 ppl to be up in there working and takes someone a good 10min to get to u and ur legit 2nd in line (the female even seen dude (Mikah I believe) had a line by now and other worker was on phone about whole time was crazy.. then u hear "It shows D. R. parts in system but NONE on the shelves".. finally got it but it was the wrong part.. they need to up the any and work harder js...

Message: I'm a frequent customer of Auto Zone, but no matter what city or state, there's usually some delay when I have to order a part. They don't call to tell you about the delay, so I find out at the last minute. When the part does arrive, they never check it in, so I don't get the call to let me know it's in the store. When I call to see if the part arrived, they have to go on a scavenger hunt for it, and eventually find it, because no one checked in the part upon delivery. Get it together Auto Zone!

Message: My experience were very good with the manager who took care of my car problems by educating me and with what he taught me. saved me from getting my engine messed up i now is putting my car in the shop and he saved me from having to get a new car and i love my car and will not give it up for a new car my car is priceless. I want him to know i am coming to see him when my car is done to personally than him i won't say his name but he is a good salesman and he works for auto zone. I just want to say thank you for helping me out and i am bring the car back for him to see it when it comes out of the shop tomorrow evening job well done and to say people it doesn't take much to make one happy.
