Message: I was on a trip and was 2 hours away from home when I experienced car trouble with my engine light on, and no idea what was wrong with it. I would like to thank an employee named Antney who was extremely helpful with telling me what was possibly wrong with my car and what I need to fix the problem. I was able to fix the problem and make my way home with no further issues.

Message: First of all, let me start by saying how incredibly helpful Mr. Michael LeBeau was throughout the entire process. After reviewing multiple car forums, I realized that they seemed to be in line with his opinion about what I needed to get my vehicle running properly. Safe to say the guy knew his stuff! Car troubles? Or just need to buy some shop rags? This is the advance you need to visit and that’s the guy to talk with! 10 out of 10.

Message: My daughter stopped there when her oil light came on and both employees quickly found the correct oil to add and offered to help her add it to her car which they did! Both employees were so nice and helpful and we appreciated their help so much!

Message: Employees and manager here are amazing! They really helped me and my mom get back on the road! Desjuan went way above and beyond to help me get in contact with a mechanic and Mike kindly installed my new battery. These guys were super helpful when they saw us in need and if I lived locally I'd be going here for all my car needs!

Message: I had a great experience at this location and it was because of Dasjaun! He not only helped me to find the right part needed but he also helped me to fix my dead bulb on the spot! Based on previous experiences at other locations I did not expect the help but I greatly appreciated it! I would definitely recommend stopping at this location!

Message: A great place for all your car and truck needs. A knowledgable staff edgar to help. They also rent a variety of tools to get the job done right! They have a great selection of oils, car detailing supplies, and auto accessories. You can even get a new sound system for your ride in here. Would recommend this place to anyone needing to service there vehicle themselves. Go check them out!

Message: I normally go to auto zone but they didn't have what I was looking for so I decided to try advanced again, its been almost a year since I have shopped with them and I was pleasantly surprised at the way the store looks so much more inviting then i had the last time I went in and the customer service I received was amazing. I was greeted as soon as I came through the door by a young lady ( I believe her name was Amanda or Amber, it started with an A for sure), she proceeded to help me find everything I was looking for. The prior service I had received was cool and unwelcoming. The young lady that helped me was funny and very helpful, I dont know what cause the big change with this store but I will be back!
