Message: A big shout out to Lucas and Sam who have restored my faith in customer service! My car wouldn't start and I was stranded in a parking lot in Winston-Salem. My dad came to help--he cleaned the corrosion off the battery and tried to jump it but the car still wouldn't start. I was really dreading paying for towing 30 minutes to a mechanic in my town, so we called nearby Advance Auto Parts to see if they would come to us and install a new battery. Lucas was so nice and said Sam would come out and do it for us. Sam arrived shortly and quickly installed the battery--in the pouring rain! When the car still wouldn't start, he tried a couple of other things to tweak the starter and called Lucas for input. They got my car started! What a blessing in the middle of a heavy downpour! These guys were so knowledgeable, professional, and helpful and really went the extra mile for me. Advance Auto Parts (the Trade Mart Blvd. location in particular) is now my go-to store for anything I need for my car. Thanks again, guys!

Message: Was able to read the code for my car’s check engine light message. Super fast service.

Message: The associate performed what I requested, which was a diagnostic scan. I was able to take a picture of the code, and he shared a couple of reasons what the code could be for and recommended further testing to exactly pinpoint the issue that Advance couldn't diagnose. I appreciate his time.

Message: Thank you to Lucas at trademark for the excellent suggestion for this terrible gas that had my car running like hoopie that will not do my godson Richard put it in the next day charm. There are still some honest and helpful people in the world. Thank you again Lucas

He was excellent and quick to make the change as well as carry on a pleasant conversation during the process..
