Message: I had the best service. Saturday 4-1-23. The gentleman checked the part before I left he discovered it was the wrong part he immediately apologized and got the correct part. He even carried it out to my car for me. Customer service was surely displayed by this gentleman. Not to mention that the manager followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. Will surely use them again.

Message: I have never been disappointed at this location. All the workers are willing to help and go above and beyond to assist there clients. Marisol the manager and I had a little disagreement and we deescalated the situation and found a resolution to the problem. She was very patient and understanding. She was thinking of ways to make the situation better and assist me with getting a refund, considering I didn’t need the alternator and she assisted me with getting other parts for my vehicles. I would just like to thank the Auto Parts team and especially Marisol. You guys keep up the great work and continue to helpful and supportive!
