Message: Brought my car into get my driver's door window fixed using my extended warranty. I had to call to get updates on my car. Was told yesterday that the part was in and that I would receive a call after lunch giving me the time it would be ready that day. I had to call them around 5pm and was told that it was ready. No one went over the charges, what the warranty was covering or what I owed. I knew that I had a $100 deductible on my warranty and expected to be billed that amount. I received a bill for $214. 29. After several phone calls I ended paying the $100. I will be going back to them for any repairs needed.

Message: I brought in my vehicle for a recall service. First time they tell me the parts aren't available bring it back. Then I bring it back again once they had the parts and they did the recall service but left the headliner and all of the columns covered in smudges and dirt. They also managed to break the seat belt adjuster which I had to come back for a 3rd visit once they had the parts. Then, after that visit, they managed to pinch a bunch of wires and the interior cabin lights no longer worked. So then I had to take it back a 4th time for them to fix their mistake and I go to pick it up again and it's dirty inside once again, headliner and columns all dirty.. My service advisor Brian was great but they really need to tighten up their technicians work. He always did what he could to make it right which made up for it somehow and I really appreciate his help.. However, overall very sloppy, dirty work that necessitated 4 trips instead of just one. Double check their work ALWAYS.
