Message: Tyler was a great help. Out of town vacationing and a steel brake line corroded and started leaking. No brakes and no tools. Tyler recommended 100% of the tools needed. From flare nut wrenches to a brake line flaring kit. 2 hours later the job was completed and we used every tool Tyler recommended. Unknowingly for my son and I Tyler saved my son and several trips back and forth and a lot of frustration. Thanks mj.

Message: On Saturday April 29, 2023 the belt on my car broke off as I was pulling into the shopping center parking lot, I walk into Advance Auto to purchase a new one and Caleb was very helpful in answering all my questions on how to replace the belt, he walked out to my car to explain better and he actually put the new belt on for me! Caleb was a life saver, he went above and beyond, his acts of kindness shows that there is still good people in this world! I am so thankful for his help!

Message: Met a young lady named Kayla who was very knowledgeable answered all my questions and even asked me a few questions about the job i was about to take on in 95 degree heat.

Message: Friday night my girlfriend and I arrived from out of town in the parking lot of Food lion in Sneads ferry. After getting back in the car it wouldn't start and all of the electronics were literally freaking out when attempting to start. After attempting to troubleshoot and having someone jump the car we realized Advanced was a few doors down. I worked with Clover who tested my battery and at first determined the issue was the alternator. Then Ben got involved and came outside to attempt jumping the battery again. Ben took a tremendous amount of time to use his own truck, figure out my issue and when all said and done it was just the battery. Ben could have brushed this off and not given near as much of his time. To put icing on the cake he offered to let me wash my hands once done. This may seem small and insignificant but the care and attention he gave, even to something small like washing my hands, meant the world to me. I appreciate both you guys and understand Advanced has two great employees. I appreciate you! PS- the battery was definitely the issue and we got home Monday afternoon without concern.
