Message: I was out of town, stuck on the interstate with ruined tire and no spare. 12:45 AM on a Saturday night/Sunday morning, they answered their phone and had a tow out to me in about 40 minutes. Recommended local tire repair shops, dropped my car at a shop, dropped me at a hotel all at a super reasonable price for the circumstances. Terry (driver) was friendly, courteous, and helpful. After having a national dispatch service quote me a completely unreasonable price, and another local 24/7 service having no drivers available, P&J really helped me out.

Message: I locked my keys in my Honda 2010 Accord, which is one of the most difficult cars out there to get into. They showed up faster than expected and we're very professional. Also they were much more affordable than some of the competition.. Positive note: my incident happened on a Sunday and I thought I was going to have to bite the bullet and get a full blown locksmith on a later date because of how challenging it is to get into the newer Accords. They stayed until they got the job done and we're very professional about it the whole time.. Thank you guys once again for the awesome job.
