Message: Great work but costly.

Message: They work with you on finances, but are not that informative about cars.. unless you ask. Many times, you don't know to ask. I didn't even know how to open my trunk when I left. I had to look in the manual 3x on my way home. I assumed the car I bought had similar features to other cars I had owned. I had no clue that within a minute after I got out of the car, it would automatically lock. I had no idea the lights were not automatic and I didn't realize many other things that were quite different.
