Message: I've taken my car (2020 Infiniti Q60 RS) here for service about 4 times already, and each time the whole staff has gone above and beyond. I want to specially commend Brian Benson for his amazing customer service.. Brian is very cordial, attentive, knowledgeable and informative. He truly cares about customers and treats me as if I was a friend/family. My wait time never exceeds 1 hour and that includes getting an oil change, standard vehicle inspection, tire rotation, and a wash.. I always wait in the lobby while my car is being serviced. The lobby is very clean and fully stocked with drinks and other goodies. The lobby also has windows facing the shop area so I can see exactly what is being done to my car.. I also like the convenience of scheduling service online and getting updates via text/email about what is done to my car while I'm there. Overall an excellent experience. Keep up the great work!

Sadly I have just sold my Infinity and I will surely miss them all as they always made me feel taken care of and I was always well informed of what was going on with my car and what was upcoming. My questions were always answered immediately and thoroughly. Message: I received exceptional service from the time I walked into the door. I was originally told over the phone that it would be a 4-5 hour wait since they were fully booked that day, and was advised to schedule an appointment instead so I wouldn't have to wait. Well I don't live in Raleigh so I was already in Raleigh that day and told them that I'd be willing to wait. Upon arrival, I was told that I would be serviced IMMEDIATELY (no wait time at all) and that it would only take an hour to do the recall service for my car. Not only did they complete the service within the hour, they also washed and vacuumed my car, which was a very pleasant surprise! They even sent me home with this sweet little gift of wrapped cookies. Before my visit, my check engine light was on and my car had this intense shaking. but after they did the recall service, the check engine light went off and the car was no longer shaking! Another EXTREMELY great surprise because I had no idea the recall service would fix that issue! I was treated like royalty the entire visit, as if I was a celebrity or one of their TOP paying customers.. however, this was my FIRST visit and the recall service was COMPLETEY FREE.. So the fact that they provided this A+ service to a free customer was just.. everything. I truly enjoyed my visit, I actually left with a smile on my face. and I will ALWAYS come to them for any other service I need instead of going to the Nissan dealership within 5 miles from my house. They are worth the 1-hour drive! Thank you Crossroads team for everything!
