The on line sales team provided an out the door quote, including a discount with no strings attached, and assured us there would be no surprise fees when we arrived to pick up our CX-5. Lewis completed the sale in person, patiently showing us the car's features, and setting us up with Mazda's app. Overall, an enjoyable, no pressure purchase, especially compared to contingencies other Mazda dealerships were expecting.
