Message: My son had car trouble while driving north on I-95 home to Virginia and called me. Quick google maps check and I called Advance Auto Parts and spoke with Jake at the store. Long story short, Jake was ready with diagnostic tools and replacement battery as my son pulled into the store parking lot. Jake stayed after store closing time to help my son, got the problem fixed (leaking battery cell), and got my son safely back on the road. Couldn't ask for better customer care! Thank you, Jake.

Message: The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Best of all, they were straight forward, and did not try to B. S. us into buying anything, or "scare" us into an immediate repair at a local shop. Was on a road trip when the dreaded "Check Engine" light illuminated. Two of the folks there got us square away with in a few minutes. I think it took, maybe, 10-15 minutes to get any answer to the cause of the light. Turned out to be one of the catalytic converters was going bad. Being out of town, they advised us on the possible outcomes of driving with that issue, which lined up with what I knew from my time as a mechanic. So, bravo to them for being upstanding, and straightforward, folks. If you are in the are, in need help, stop by.
