Message: Before traveling to Raleigh today at 8am, I noticed a tire seemed to have low tire pressure. I checked and the pressure was very low. I traveled to Honda service department at Davenport Auto Park. Wes Jeffries and the service team were receptive to my issue and checked the tire without any delay. There was a nail in the tire. The tire was plugged and I was on my way in less than 20 mins. Wes, Craig, Scott, and those involved were kind and courteous, as always. This was a thank God situation and for service team being so kind and willing to take care of the issue asap. A+ service department.
