Message: Back in November I was having major troubles with my older car, so I ended up making the decision to just outright buy a new one. My partner and I, as well as my mother, went here to see what I could get and it was a wonderful experience. AJ was my salesman and explained everything very well and thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable since buying a car is a huge commitment, and it was my first time doing so more or less on my own. When it came to actually getting the car (‘22 Toyota Corolla), he was awesome with explaining its features and showing me how to use them as well in the test drive. Prior to coming, he recorded and emailed me 2 videos of the truck I was looking at purchasing being me and my wife live 1-1/2 hours away. His communication, honesty and transparency were top notch. Message: We recently bought a Honda Cr-v from Rocky Mount Toyota. Brian was our salesman and before even arriving he sent a personal video of the car! There was never a dull moment with Brian and he was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The purchasing and trade-in process was smooth. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and accomodating. We had our 9 month old baby with us the whole time and everyone smiled at her and commented on her demeanor.. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours after buying the car the battery died. We went back the next day and the owner Trey got us a new battery, washed the car and filled it up with gas. We also bought some Weather Tec mats for our Honda and Tacoma from them. Even the guy working in that department was very friendly and they shipped my mats to our house! Overall we had a great experience and will definitely come back to Rocky Mount Toyota if they have a vehicle were interested in.
