Gave honest service and wasn’t pushy about work that they suggested we have done in the future. Even more affordable than initially expected and was out with all work nicely done within 2 hours.

Message: I recently been buying all my tires from Firestone. I went there for a last minute stop emergency stop because I caught a flat tire with a nail in my tire, while driving into Raleigh. The staff, the mechanic and everyone was very nice. The mechanic also let me know my state inspection was coming pretty soon and he advised he can fix my flat and do my state inspection at the same time, which would save me time. I was done both services very quickly.

Message: Very overpriced, and constantly up-selling. Used to be a stand up sorta shop no matter where you were. I remember being able to count on Firestone to get the job done at a reasonable price. The world is a very different place today. Traversing all the swindlers, thieves, and bottom feeders on the net and around the service based retail markets seems this place has had to follow suit or be quashed in today's economy.. They still provide a standup service and product, just a bit skewed to force maximum profit out of people. Could leave a lot of room for shady dealings in my opinion, so be careful and watch out just in case.. Purchased two tires for a 2016 Toyota Corolla, with front end alignment costing over $480 for the work on a Saturday morning while they were very busy. Fixed my friend problems but at a cost that seems very high for the job.. So 3 stars for doing the work they said they would do, on a Saturday for me. But high priced.
