Message: Where to begin. Mark in service, Heather sales manager, Harold my salesman and Derwin in finance so many great things these people did for me. I had a truck with issues and was able to trade it and come home with a Brand New Sentra. I told them what I needed and could afford and they surpassed my expectations. After trying to deal with other car lots & finding mark-ups, high pressure sales and extra fees, we were fortunate to find Griffin. No mark-ups, no tricks! Incredibly nice sales staff! Message: I am 4 hours from this dealership is the reason for service not being done at this dealer. As for buying the Z car. I could not have been better pleased. Jason and Dan, both were exceptional in that they provided information up front and with no surprises into our dealings. With the Z be limited in availability, I had previously reached our to several other dealers of which I had a car bought at two before they threw in the surprise markups and dealer add-ons. My reply was not interested, we are done. As for Jason and Dan, it is unfortunate that other dealers do not have this type of quality, expertise, and personality that you have in these two people.. I know this survey is not asking about the car, however, I have had it a week, have driven it 400 miles, washed it, and just sit and looked at it. It is beyond what I expected or desired and at this time my past 10 months of pursuing the puchase of this Z was worth every moment, absolutely no regrets.
