Message: I was in need of a light socket for my red and green on my 50 foot sailboat. I was unable to find anything at a local hardware store nor the local West Marine. Went into Triton yacht sales and service and spoke with the receptionist Eileen and Danny, a fellow US Marine. They were able to assist us in finding the proper socket from an old boat they had taken parts from. Amazing service great hospitality wonderful place to go if you need a unique part.

Message: Had Triton do an atypical sailboat haul from North Carolina to Michigan. They picked up the boat and delivered it on time despite some horrible weather in excellent condition. Blair was reassuring making the necessary plans before hand and Danny kept me informed during transit and was a pleasure to deal with upon delivery. Would recommend Triton to anyone looking to transport a boat.

Message: When we set our hearts on a Hunter 306 as our ideal retirement boat, we started looking online at everything on the market globally as they are very rare In Australia. Fortunately for us, we found what we were looking for at Triton Yacht Sales.. Andy, Nancy and the Triton team were not only incredibly helpful, open and honest, but they cleaned, packed and transported the boat to Jacksonville for us to be shipped home. Not only are we now the proud owners of a lovely boat that arrived in great shape "as described" with no surprises, but we feel we’ve made some great new friends along the way at Triton.. Awesome experience guys, we can’t recommend you highly enough! Robert and Linda. Melbourne, Australia.

Message: I have now used their services twice: firstly, when they delivered my Tartan 37 from S FL to E NC. great price and great job. Thanks Paul. And secondly when I put up my boat for sale with their Brokerage. Their Sales broker, Andy did a wonderful job selling my boat. And without Nancy’s administrative skills nothing would have happened! Thanks. Great people that I highly recommend.

Message: If you're even thinking of buying a boat, we highly recommend you start with Triton Yacht Sales, they are truly the very best to work with. My husband and I had been actively shopping for a sailboat for the last two years. While on one of our many marina hunting trips, we came across a sailboat that was exactly what we were looking for. We were 9 hours away from home and running out of time for this trip so we called Steve and asked if he could show us the boat the next morning, on a Saturday, which he kindly agreed to do. Steve was so helpful and knowledgeable and willing to answer the dozens of questions we were asking and continue to ask. We never felt any pressure throughout the entire buying process from Steve, only helpful suggestions and answers to our many questions. We had no idea the process was going to go as smooth as it did. Steve and the staff at Triton Yacht Sales are great at what they do. Fair winds.

Message: Triton sold my boat last year and I was 100% pleased. Steve Snyder was the broker and did a wonderful job helping me prepare the description of our boat and getting photos. He notified me whenever he had an appointment to show the boat. That allowed me to keep using her during the time she was listed with Triton.. When we received an offer, he pointed out the inclusion of contingencies for hull and engine surveys. We discussed how much I was willing to negotiate if the survey found problems, knowing the buyer had the right to back out of the deal if I refused. It was all above board and the buyer & I have become friends as we discussed his learning process with his new boat.. Not only was he a good representative for my interests, Steve knew honesty with the buyer was the foundation of his business. I have recommended Steve to several friends who chose him to sell their boats.

Message: Paul Welles did a fantastic job moving our 8 ton 31' cutter from Florida to NC. The price was on the high side of the various bids, but after the entire process was complete, it turned out to be a great value.. Paul made an extra effort to keep a crusty yard manager informed of schedules, securely tied the boat and mast down, and delivered the boat within 10 minutes of his forecast. The delivery location was in a residential neighborhood, and onto a very challenging gravel pad. He leveled the boat, paying attention to the boats drainage pattern, checked to see where the ballast was located in the hull before placing the cribbing, carefully placed all the jack stands, and even cut the safety chains.. I think the trailer was heavier than my boat. If you are not familiar with these trailers, there are 6 hydraulic supports for the sides of the boat. The air is let out of the trailers suspension, cross beams are removed, and then the trailer is moved forward.. This was my first boat delivery, and certainly not Paul's. Will definitely use again.
