Tires Plus Of Oxford

Message: The team at tire plus went above and beyond of just putting tires on my bronco. I got an inspection the other day and had a quote for 5 new tires. The quote was cheaper then anywhere around here so it was a no brainer. I talked to Justin and said I couldn’t get it back till the weekend. He said no problem but if you want it sooner we can pick it up / drop back off if I wanted it done sooner. I mentioned I wanted the old tires too since they only had 5k miles on them so Justin loaded them in his truck and dropped them off the same time as my bronco. If you need new tires or top notch service I recommend seeing Justin at Tire Plus in Oxford!

Message: Usually these guys are pretty good. I mean they work hard and are generally honest, not a lot of trying to upsell you or telling you your car isn't road worthy unless you get this $600 repair etc.. This passed Friday I dropped my wife's car off just to check the check engine light, and see if we could get it inspected. It's Monday afternoon and I haven't heard 1 thing from these people. This is probably a one off, but I know for a fact they don't have 3-4 days of work backed up in their tiny parking lot. I have never seen then take more than 8 hrs to get to one of my cars. Most of the time I stay with it and it get's fixed in an hour or so. I called and no one seems to know what's going in with my car. It's like the first time they are hearing about it. Get It Together, stop disappointing me. Down graded from 5 to 3 stars.. Come On Guys!

Message: Five stars is not enough credit for the wonderful people here. I was traveling from Virginia and three hours into my trip the serpentine belt shredded on the Interstate. I was able to exit and get parked at a shopping center in Oxford NC and was referred here by another shop in the area. I explained my situation to the owner Darrell and he didn't hesitate to offer help. He got a tow truck to me in minutes (roadside assistance was a 90 minute wait) and had me back on the road in just a couple of hours. They could very easily have told me other repairs were needed and taken advantage of a single female traveler.. instead the owner said "girl you've got someone lookin' out for you b/c nothing else was damaged". All of the employees I met and spoke to were so sweet and kind. Give them a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed! Southern hospitality at its finest at Tires Plus of Oxford!
