Message: I purchased 2 vehicles from the Hyundai Side and one of them had a tire issue from the time we test drove it. I was told no problem, we’ll get it looked at. I take it in to get looked at and they tried to sell me $1000 dollars worth of tires 3 weeks after purchase. It was also in the service Dept all day to have a tire checked. Also, the “Mechanic” rotated the tires and left the bad one on the front. So if it blows out, it’ll be harder to control. Yay us! You don’t leave a bad tire on the front. Period. Absolutely unacceptable. After I’ve dropped a good bit of money on down payments and such we’re gonna try to get another $1000 out of me? No thanks. I have a service package that I’ve paid for that I’ll never use due to this experience. As far as the sales and the financing side goes it was an awesome experience. The service side needs help. I’ll do the maintenance somewhere else. Guess we’ll see how this works out.

Message: I have purchased all my vehicles from the same local dealership in Crossville Tn for over 15 years. Recently I found myself in search of a good deal on a used 4Runner. Some how I accidentally stumbled across one online at Classic Toyota which is 5 hours away from me. I do an online inquiry on the 2022 4Runner and within minutes I receive a phone call from Mr. Bailey Pearson. He was very polite and informative. Never at any time was he pushy. Knowing I was that far away would have discouraged most salespeople but not Bailey. He treated me as if I lived right up the road. He offered to take pictures, videos, whatever needed. I have never bought a vehicle sight unseen until now. The 4Runner I purchased was everything Bailey described it as and in my opinion even better than I expected. He even arranged to have it delivered to me. I was driving the 4Runner within 3 business days of original contact. IMO Bailey and the staff at Classic Toyota went above and beyond to make my first long distance vehicle purchase as good if not better than any vehicle purchase I’ve ever made.

Message: Well.. I love the vehicle I purchased from this dealership but today was an undesirable situation. The service department did not believe that my vehicle was covered for the services even though I assured them it was. This caused me to get shuffled down on the appointment time while I had to go to the financial department to get proof of my services. I checked in at 11:40 and we checked out hours later. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. They did find a nail in my tire and fixed that. This is the first time that I was unhappy with this department. All other visits have been wonderful and within a reasonable time frame!

Message: I never ever leave reviews, so trust me when I say, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I walked in not knowing exactly what I was looking for and after a short conversation, John knew exactly what I needed. The first vehicle he showed me was perfect for me. We looked at others, but I kept going back to the first car. He took time to really make sure I was 100% comfortable and happy with my decision. He was not pushy at all and made everything so smooth and easy for me. I plan to keep my car a long time but if I ever need to buy another car I’m definitely going back to him! Emma was also really great and informative on warranties and services. They stayed long after closing and answered all of my questions and didn’t try to rush me one bit. I highly recommend John P and classic Toyota overall!
