Message: Took our Range Rover there for a oil change. Good service, good price, and they did a good job.

Message: I was driving from NC to Indiana on Hwy 52, 2 days before Christmas when my VW Scirocco began to have engine trouble. I went as far as I could on the highway and limped to an off-ramp, where, like an oasis in the desert, I happened onto this shop. I coasted/pushed my vehicle into one of the service bays. Never have I received such mercy from a garage. The Scirocco was a limited production vehicle and, after correctly diagnosing that the combustion problem was the basket filter of the fuel pump, the mechanic asked me if I would mind waiting while he drove to Winston-Salem to get the part! He didn't want me stranded for Christmas and not with my family. Best service I have ever received, and most memorable -- the year was 1992! I still owe them a thank you which I hope to pay next time I pass through.

Message: Very pleased with the way this place does buisness. Needed a drive shaft and they found something that the dealership missed that could have been detrimental to my vehicle. Will gladly go back when I need more repairs on the vehicle.

Message: Import Auto Service was a lifesaver. We were on the way to take our son to college in Indiana. Accidentally put regular gasoline in a diesel Mercedes--one of those things that I have never done before. The car sputtered out and was towed to Import Auto. The next morning, we met with Larry. He said he had seen this before and thought he could get it going again. We headed on in a rental car. Two business days later, he called to let us know that the car was ready to go. First, we appreciated that he could repair the car. Second, to be treated as if we were regular customers instead of an emergency with strangers was reassuring. And the repair cost was very reasonable. Tempting to drive from Raleigh for service regularly!

Message: My wife got stranded in Mount Airy when my Porsche Cayenne started acting funny. Unfortunately I was was in Oregon on a work trip when the call came for help. Unable to diagnose anything over the phone we googled the few places that work on imports and we quickly learned that there were very few import specialists. We decided on Import Auto Service Center based on their rating and limited options. My wife limped the Cayenne over and asked if they could quickly diagnose the issue. My wife is terrified in these situations but the team did a great job talking her through the problem and explaining what was wrong. They had my car up and running the next day without any issues. Their pricing was fair and customer service was impeccable.

Message: Great communication. Bruce did a great job of making the complicated easy to understand. I live in Galax, VA and was glad to have my Porsche worked on here over 30 miles away. He has the right tools and the knowledge with over 20 years in the business to keep my business in the future.

Message: These guys are great! Being a female, it's important not to feel like you're being taken advantage of when you need car repairs & these guys treat me with the respect of anyone else. They never charge more than they quote me - and sometimes it's even cheaper if they found a cheaper part! They're always honest with me about what is wrong, try to save me money and it gets fixed in a timely manner. I'm very happy with their service & trust them very much!

Message: I am thrilled with my 2004 325i, but living in the mountains of SW Virginia I've had trouble finding the right mechanic to deal with it's maintenance. Grace led me to these gentlemen, and I couldn't be more pleased. Bruce listens with the schooled ear of a wise uncle, he knows the BMW line from experience and can translate a fault code into an affordable plan of action with excellent results. He is flexible and supportive of customer needs and unusually patient and persistent when it comes to solving the problems of today's automobiles. His heart is generous and trustworthy.
