Message: Had an OTR emergency with 2 check engines lights coming on and we were about to derate. Stopped at 3 places before hand, no one could help. Finally arrived here at White's International Trucks and they stopped what they were doing and got on my truck asap. They got us back up and going in 2 1/2 hours! Not only did they work with a sense of urgency to get my driver & truck back on the road, they were VERY reasonable! They are a super friendly bunch and I highly recommend them.

Message: I had a T-joint broken on my heater core line and was able to leap to this dealership 5mins away, they don't have the part I needed and they ordered one in from a different location while I wait in my truck delivery guy showed up without my parts, they had to go out of their way to get me the parts from local Napa store and they didn't mark up the price. The guys in the shop are the best, they loaned me a pair of pliers to install my T-joint. The cashier offered me a complementary truck stop standard shower with towels. This is the place to be guys.
