Message: My father has chosen Buffs for the service of his vehicles for many years, and since I have been back in town I have done the same. The guys at the desk are knowledgeable and incredibly friendly and personable. There was no issue having my service dog accompany me in the waiting room, which included a public bathroom. All facilities where the public would frequently visit are clean. There is even a sheltered pagoda for those having a nic-fit and want to escape the son.

Not only did they verify pressure & corrected the amount, they worked me right in and didn't charge a dime! Message: Excellent customer service! My wife and son had their alternator go out late on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Greg and his team was able to repair the vehicle the next morning and get them back home safely, all while communicating with me back in Raleigh. Super nice, and knowledgeable.
