Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the gentlemen that was assisting me but I've spoke with him twice and he sounds very genuine and engaged in our conversation and he is happy to answer all of my questions. Some of the big bike stores could use a lesson in customer service by giving Hartsell a call.

His shop has been busy every time I’ve been there.. if he wasn’t good at what he does, he wouldn’t get nearly the work he gets.
