Message: They are pretty good for the average consumer, i suppose. For the automotive professional? Not so much. Especially if you're not high volume.

Message: I must say overall great services. Came in for a battery replacement. John and the other staff were kind and receptive to my concerns. The crew provided me a variety of options for my battery replacement needs. The only downside was the lack of cell service inside the building. With no customer wifi access available, people may be missing opportunities to save with the stores online deals.

Message: Placed my order online. When I arrived, my order was picked and ready to go. I had work to do on two vehicles so I had quite a bit of merch. The fellow who retrieved and completed my order even helped me haul it out to the truck. The folks there were super friendly. Can't ask for much more from your auto parts supplier.

Message: Mike the manager was very helpful. I had no knowledge of the issue I was having and he explained so I could understand. There was also a EXTREMELY rude customer that came in trying to argue about something while he was dealing with me and I was amazed at how he handled the customer so professionally. Until you work in retail you have no idea how much patience it takes to deal with extremely rude people trying to pick fights for no good reason.
