Message: We were looking for a used Toyota Tacoma for our son. We had been looking for a couple of weeks all around the area where we live in SE NC. We had visited various dealerships and the trucks were either in very rough shape, way too expensive and would not budge on their prices. One night our son found the exact Tacoma that he was looking for at Capital Chevrolet in Lexington. Ryan Longworth contacted me the next morning and was extremely helpful. He even went as far as taking extra pics and videos of the truck to send to us as it was a 3 hour drive to their dealership from our home. We made the trip the next morning and were pleasantly surprised. Even though the truck is a 2016 - it looked brand new. Ryan had already had the paperwork done and we left a few hours later with our Tacoma. I would DEFFINITLY recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I wasn't sure about making the drive but was thrilled to find the exact car I wanted in great shape when I arrived. Hebert made the process so easy from test drive to delivery. Message: There was lots a staff in sales but not enough in service. Monday we waited 4 hours for them to finish having the VIP package completed on the truck, only to bring it back on Wednesday the same week to wait another 4 hours for service. When the truck was completed, we notice a nice dent and scratch on the driver side door which was not there when we brought it back Wednesday. We called the dealership to inform them of the damage. No one returned the call! That is very poor service.

Message: We had a great sales person in Shannon Morris, he went the extra mile and that is why we purchased 2 Chevrolet Traverses. When we came to pay for our vehicle’s we met with Shanna McClanahan. She made us feel like we we part of the family and made the financial end go extremely well. I will definitely recommend not only the dealership but Shannon and Shanna to my friends who are looking for a new vehicle.

Best Christmas present ever I new GMC at a great price. I was even given lunch when I went to pick up my truck, they treated me like family.
