Message: My son went to get his battery checked this morning, at the Louisburg Location. All I have to say is what Great Service that was given to him, Here is a 19 yr old boy that only been driving for about a year and really did not know what was going on with his truck. He went in and explained to the gentleman what was going on, and they told him not to worry that they will check everything for him. So It turned out the battery had no life left and he needed to get a new one. My son also explained to the gentleman that he only had a certain amount of money, They went above and beyond and found him a battery that would be in his price range and that would fit in his truck. They were patient with him and took the time to explain things to him where he was able to understand what they were talking about. We will definitely be back to that Auto Zone Store in Louisburg.
