Message: On July 4th this year I was going on a trip out of town and my engine like came on, I pulled into the nearest Advance which was in Kernersville NC. I was greeted by a employee named James. He was so nice and friendly and helped me right away. He found my problem and even suggested several ways to fix the issue. He was a very nice and friendly young man, that was a true experience of what Customer Service should be about. Thanks again James I will surely tell people about you and this store.
