Message: Typically I find everything I need on this auto store. This time around it was a little bit different but I understand everything can't be found there.. The employees were very helpful in trying to help track down what I needed. Super friendly and efficient.

Message: The service was good. They always give veterans discounts. The only issue was they had a right-wing conservative talk show playing loudly in the store. As an African American I consider right-wing talk radio as anti Black. This is the first time in many years going to this store that I've heard conservative right wing talk playing throughout the store. If it happens again I will not return. I will continue to support Advance Auto parts down the road, hopefully they haven't stooped to this level as well. The radio station commentary is not appropriate for a public store that services a diverse population.

Message: Great service, prices have went up since last I shopped there but my part was installed with no issues. Auto zone uses Duralast products and traditionally I have not cared for them, but Jason (ASM iirc) assured me it will hold up. So far so good!

Message: Ms. Hernandez, in the Commercial area, was outstanding! She has superb customer service skills! She was very helpful and knowledgeable! But the most amazing event was the moment, she acknowledged me, and treated me with respect and dignity! We need more people like her in this world.. She really made my day! Thank you.. Message: Came in for a battery check and had fantastic assistance from Jason L. Confirmed the bad battery, gave me options, and did a thorough job ensuring the new battery was installed and tightened correctly. Was also a pleasure speaking with while changing the battery.

Message: Awesome customer service! The ladies in there were super sweet and helpful. I went in for a pick up order (4 rotors and brake pads) in the pouring rain and the woman in the front immediately offered to carry my order to the car while I sat inside my car so I wouldn’t get wet. Worth the drive from Wake Forest. Thank you again.
