Message: Our family visits the Outer Banks more than once a year and today on our way home the wheel bearing on our Yukon XL seized up and there was no way we were going to make it 250 miles home. These gentleman at NAPA were literally a TRUE TRUE blessing! They were very helpful with letting us use the tools and even helped us remove the seized wheel bearing and helped up put the new one on. Mind you, it’s Sunday and there aren’t any shops open. If you’re ever in a predicament such as this, go visit these gentleman and they will be more than willingly to help you, no questions asked!

Message: Weirdest ever store.. Wanted to buy a set of lightbulbs, was offered some generic ones. I told that I'm not interested in that and want to get better and brighter ones of the same 9006 model but I was warned about risking and will not being able to return them.. Well, I still bought them and it worked perfectly fine, as expected. Very confusing front desk, they should get a better training.. Edit: 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee low beam lights 9006 HB4. I have bought BP9006NVB2-N and was warned I will not be able to return it if I walk through the door after purchase, lol.

Message: We came in 20 minutes before they were closing. We were in a panic, as my boys needed to drive home and the car began to shake and throw lights. They not only quickly got us the parts, but helped us find a tool so we could fix the car in the parking lot. When we realized we needed another part we were able to fly in a minute before closing to get it. GREAT people who were eager to help even though it was quitting time. THANK YOU! And btw the coil fixed it after changing the spark plug. The boys are home safe. Thanks!
