Message: Long story but the short of it is I needed an alternator at 8:45pm. I called autozone and not only did they have the alternator. They also agreed to wait until I got there. I pulled up at 9:05 well after the closing time and there they were greeting me with a smile. They didn’t even rush me. The manager took her time and explained the components of the part and made sure I understood the warranty. Best customer service.

Message: I just wanted to give a shout-out to the young man Xavier J. I first pulled in he was outside putting in a battery. Then did another one right after. Then came in an knocked the line right down with little to NO HELP AT ALL with other employees just moving sluggish. But this was the first time me and or my husband seeing him at the store but he is definitely and assets to your store and need to be a manager if he isn't already.

Mind you I’ve been here twice for a problem I had on my car and no one else was able to assist. Even after so many questions that I asked, he was very patient. Never had a problem explaining and keeping me very well informed about my problem. I definitely would recommend my friends and family to ask him for assistance if they ever need it!
