Message: Incredible place to buy a car, their markup and paperwork fees are less than any other dealership I’ve seen and their 5000 mile warranty is comprehensive and honest, they’re a small and family owned, which allows them to cater to customers as much as you need. I bought a 2012 honda accord, things were simple and while there were some problems with the car, the warranty took care of all of it and they were incredibly helpful. They held the car for almost 2 weeks for me.

Message: This may be the best dealership experience I've ever had in Jacksonville, first they held the car for me 24hrs even though I hadn't put anything down and other interested people showed up wanting it. Next they called around to find me the best interest rate on my loan (most places just care about approval) they replaced a window motor free of charge and there was zero haggling, almost all dealers show you a rocket price something outrageous and then "find you a deal" not hix they came out showed me the lowest they could possibly go straight away. And I drove away in a dodge charger with less then 50k miles for 12 thousand.. in this economy that is insane

As the service manager to the areas best automotive shop, voted 2 years in a row, Mr. Hix does a lot of business with us and there's no cheap fix that Mr. Hix pushes for when it comes to repairing anything necessary to ensure he is selling a quality vehicle.

Message: After going to many big dealerships, i couldn’t get approved. i was a first time buyer and haven’t been at my job too long, also i have no credit. steve helped me out so much by sending me to a good friend of his at a bank to help get approved. i bought my first car on my own. and i cant thank steve enough for helping me. his staff is wonderful. so sweet, caring and they make sure you are leaving happy. i will always buy cars from them! don’t go to a big dealership all they want is your money. Hix just wants their customers to be happy. I would recommend this place to any first time buyer, someone with bad credit, or someone who is just looking to get a good car from good people!
