Message: After being turned down by 2 larger shops in Jacksonville for a patch on a tire, I called Evans on a whim and spoke to a friendly gentleman who told me to "come on in when ever ya ready and we'll take a look". I showed up with 2 kids in tow and was again greeted so nicely by the lady at the front and told that I could sit right in the car with my 2 kiddos while they took the tire off and patched it. I was in and out of there in 15 min. The young fella that did the work was again so nice and knowledgable, telling me it was definitely in an area that is patchable and it had good tread on it so he'd definitely patch it. I felt like I was really taken care of today. No one was trying to take advantage and sell me a new tire when the one I had was fine. They just did good business. When I do need new tires though I'll be bringing my business back here. Thanks so much to all!
