I've been to the service department on several occasions for scheduled maintenance or service required on my vehicle. Savannah has been very professional while providing excellent customer service. On my recent visit on May 26, 2023, my vehicle required extensive troubleshooting/ work and Kevin Tomazic (Service Director) stepped in to address all my concerns and provided excellent customer service for all the work my vehicle required. Kevin is honest and a true professional and I highly recommend this service department! I can honestly say, I am not surprised he is the Service Director. Give him the opportunity to help with your vehicle maintenance needs and you'll be glad you did. They've earned my continued business and will be returning for all my vehicle needs. Thanks again!

We've been on a 3 month search for a car and they made it EASY. Great COMMUNICATORS and amazingly PATIENT, the hospitality and care made me feel very comfortable. Message: Highly recommend! I was searching for a specific vehicle, didn't realize the dealership was almost 9 hours from me when I reached out. Sebastian was very helpful with the purchase of my vehicle, and everyone I spoke to was very respectful. Completed vehicle purchase at around 5 pm over the phone same day, vehicle showed up to me 8pm next day! The vehicle was as advertised even delivered with a full tank of gas! Shocked! Message: I only went in to ask a couple of questions. But once I sat down and heard that they had a Subaru I was already sold. Chelsea became my fast friend during the process. I do admit it went too fast and I could have prevented some extra charges and waited until the car was ready but over all I’m happy with my Subaru, which was all I wanted when I walked in. I have never had customer service or been at a dealership where I felt like family.

Message: I have been to literally every dealership in this town searching for a Toyota Rav 4 but Chelsea here at Don Williamson Nissan was literally the best by far. She was very helpful and enthusiastic during the entire process and was very personable it didn't feel like your typical car buying experience. Message: I just recently bought this beautiful 370z nismo from them. I was hesitant at first because I live over 3 hours away and I couldn’t make the drive. Sebastian ensured me that he could deliver the vehicle safely and sound and they sure did. This was the first time I’ve ever bought a car without physically being present at the dealership.
