Message: Hello everyone. My name is John and I’m the owner and operator of Stardust Automotive Inc. and I have nothing but good things to say about Chico’s. They did right by me BIG time. They were professional, courteous and about as good of an experience as one can get. I’ve had terrible experiences with Silence Tires but every time I have gone to Chico’s and every customer I have sent to Chico’s has been spot on every time. These guys have earned my respect and my business, my future tire and inspection business and I will add them to my list of companies we recommend. From now on I will go no where else but Chico’s for tires and inspections. They have permanently replaced Silence Tires and I will never recommend that garbage company again. It’s Chico’s for the WIN! A+++.

Being a female, not matter the knowledge I have most places find a way to take advantage. But I definitely recommend this places for even women, they treat you fare. Message: What a lifesaver this company was! My husband's car broke down while on Topsail this past weekend 300 miles from home (Saturday 3/11). He was able to get a tow company to get the car to Chico's mid day Sunday 3/12. By 8:40am Monday 3/13 (when they opened) they were on the phone with my husband giving him the best news. They worked him in & got his car fixed at an incredibly reasonable price! 100% would recommend this company to anyone local or out of town. Being so far from home we had to trust the word of the locals & they definitely steered us in the right direction. If I could give 1, 000 stars I would!

Message: These guys are super nice, fast and professional! Very down to earth! We were in town to see family and realized we forgot to check our tires. We came in for one tire and then they pointed out that out we had another tire showing wire, so we changed both! Thank so much guys!

Message: I have a big trip coming up and wanted to make sure my car would last the haul. I've been stressed 'cause a couple things need maintenance and back tires was a big one. Luis took such good care of me. The shop was getting busy after I showed up too, but I saw him working a little as he was coming in and out and the whole time it looked like he wasn't rushing and it legitimately felt like I was the only customer there. I could tell he wasn't being slow, but he was being thorough, and that relieved alot of my worries. Dude was super friendly too, and it was COLD today. Thanks man.

Message: Friendly down to earth owner and mechanics. I had brought my expedition here to get checked out and AJ got the job down for a issue that I wouldn’t have thought to look for and this wasn’t the 1st time he’s saved the day. Very fair prices and if the work doesn’t need to be done he will let you know it. I also like the fact that they hold each other accountable. I flat out refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else. Stop by and check them out I give my personal stamp of approval on them and satisfied to know that I have had quality work done on my vehicles and my families is safe after having them work on them here.
