Message: Here is a very rare experience that a big box auto part store, they helped me. They took the time to listen to what I needed and helped me make the right decision and gave me options not at all what I was expecting. They were real short handed, but did not rush me a bit while helping and me look up the parts.

Message: Went there for a check engine light on a '99 Cadillac. The serviceman without hesitation hooked up his computer, and checked the error. He politely asked what was going on, and with no pressure to sell me the store asked what I felt was going on, and made a recommendation. He was actually spot on, as had had the shop confirm everything. I did buy the parts needed for the job there based on his recommendation.
