Message: Called today to inquire about a transmission filter change on my 93 Cherokee they refused the job based on the mileage of my jeep I am not a child I understand there is an inherent risk of a failure but I want it done regardless either the dirty filter can cause a failure or a new fluid can cause a failure I get it and accepted those odds but still refused me now a few months ago they doe a water pump in my jeep flawless work that’s why I returned but had a 10 minute discussion with the same guy about wiring my cooling fans on rocker switches he told me I don’t have 3 fans I have a clutch and a electric one I said it’s been changed he said no you have only 2 fans I just said ok and left photo below can you tell me how many fans you see pleas Tony did refuse the service he said and I quote we probably won’t touch it and don’t worry Side pipes completed the service for me and for the latest 5 days I have driven to and from and completed the Daniel Boone, byway trail system and my jeep is preformed flawless so your are wrong.

Message: First of all, this place has an in-ground alignment rack. So the car people who read this, just know you’re good. (Also, only one of the entrances to the lot is low car friendly) I was referred to this shop by a friend and was not disappointed. The service writer was extremely friendly and gave me all the info I needed for the work I wanted. The mechanic was also well experienced and diligent. 10/10 would recommend.
