Message: Jon was great to work with. We locked down everything over text and emails so the first time we actually spoke, was when I picked up the car. Tyler stepped in to help finalize everything with getting the car washed, gases up and the temporary plates placed on the car while Jon was assisting another customer. Great experience, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Message: First off I’d like to say, if you’re in the market for a car and don’t know where to go. go here! NOW! These guys are awesome! I live an hour and a half away and have worked in dealerships for years, and let me tell you, it was totally worth the drive! The selling process was so smooth and easy! My salesman JP was a super nice guy, and not your typical over the top pushy salesman. He was knowledgeable, down to earth, and just a genuinely nice guy! The finance manager helped find a payment that would fit in my budget. Totally refer these guys 110% to anyone I know! Thank you all so much! ☺️☺️.

Message: Everyone was so friendly at Cloninger Ford. We came to buy a used van for our business. Jon Preston gave us great service and even did a lot of the paperwork when we went out for tacos, so the whole process went faster! The staff was welcoming and sweet to our 2-year old as well, especially Frida Jimenez! Her bright smile and sunny attitude made our time at the dealer feel like home.

Message: Franklin did a great job. Was very helpful and kind to my family.. Edited 2 days after. I maintain that Franklin did a great job. However the car got a check engine light on the drive home. I understand I bought a higher mileage used vehicle and if it had happened after a week or so then that'd be alright.. Test drive was perfect. However, less than 30 minutes after driving off the lot with a rather serious code seems shady to me. Contacted the dealership and was told they would call back. Called back several hours later and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Not great.. Final edit. They made it right. Towed vehicle and fixed. Very appreciated, went above and beyond.

Message: I had a great experience at Cloninger Ford of Hickory. The salesman Dewey Day was courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable about the Ford Escape that my husband and I purchased. Dewey is top notch and if you’re in the market for a new vehicle you should definitely give him a call!

He was very professional and set up an appointment for me to come view and test drive the SUV. He was warm, professional, and knowledgeable about Ford’s vehicles.
