Message: We stopped in to talk with the service department about two issues we were having with my Jeep and to find out about getting an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Andy in the Service Department was both friendly and very knowledgeable. He was also most accommodating in that he said they could change the oil and rotate the tires right then and we'd be on our way in 30 minutes or less. True to his word, he had the oil changed and tires rotated before we really got comfortable in the waiting area. As to our two issues, one requires and appointment (pesky rattle in the dash) and the other needs to be caught in the act. We feel comfortable with that and will very probably make this the dealership we use to take care of the Jeep rather than the larger dealership closer to Charlotte we had first contacted. Griffin folks, particularily Andy, have earn the dealership a new customer.
