Message: Very honest hard working man. Treats people with respect and treats women the same as men. Never tried to hoo doo me. Could have replaced my brakes and charged me an arm and a leg. However, he let me know that the tire place that I went to 5 month's ago waz just trying to flim flam me. Tyler for being local and honest. It's a breath of fresh air when u meet someone who has morals.

Message: I found Mark's Garage over 3 weeks ago (today 9/15/20) and I couldn't be more happier! Mr. Mark and his staff are very kind, honest, thorough, quick and trustworthy. My husband needed some work done on his 2014 Chevrolet Malibu (some work to his alternator). From day one they told us to drop the car off in the morning and he will fit it in. He got the work done the same day or at least 24 hours. He gave tips on what another dealership had done incorrectly and to watch out for it.. Well a week and a half later my husband's car had another issue (battery censor replacement needed and the rocker arm). Called Mr. Mark and again he told us to drop it off in the morning. We dropped it off before they closed at 5pm and the next day it was ready for pick up. He let my husband know again of problems that had developed from the dealership and tips on what to do to prevent another future problem. He also test drove my husband's car from NC to SC to make sure it was all good.. Both experiences (3 different car repair issues within 3 weeks) as first time customers they treated us very well and above and beyond as if we've been coming to them for years. They are very reasonable with cost as well and he saved us a ton! We will be going to Marks Garage for all of our future car needs and you should too.. Great people, honest, fair work and fair pricing. I never write reviews but it's the least I can do to show our appreciation. Thank you Mr. Mark and your wonderful friendly staff. Tera & Darrell.

Message: Very nice! I was nervous because I had never gotten my car inspected before and with things how they are now it was more stressful than ever. They made it less stressful and were very welcoming! Great place, highly recommend.

Message: Last week he fixed my Lincoln Aviator. Now it runs like a scalded dog! LOL. Today I had my Mom's Toyota Avalon fixed and inspected. Both times I received friendly and honest service at very reasonable prices.

Message: Mark's Garage is the most honest shop in all of Gaston County. Simply put if you care about your car and not the appearance. of the building then this is the place for you. There prices are good. and there quality is great. They do almost everything here. I would never take my car anywhere but here.
