Message: Stopped in 3/15/23. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Facility clean and well stocked. Good store hours. It's bigger than it looks from the outside. Didn't have what I needed on hand, but took some time to look up a replacement and were able to get it in the next day. I recommend and look forward to returning for anything my horseless carriage might need.

Message: I like this store! I had to give a four stars which really should be 4 and a half, only because Of the slighty longer than usual wait. ( Almost every trip there) Not because of the counter help, but it seems every time I go in there it seems there's somebody there that doesn't know what they want or what they're doing (Customer wise), or their credit cards are declined over and over again! () It's a good Napa though

Message: They abide by the Covid rules. Have most any part needed or can get within a day or so due to warehouse being in Charlotte on Wilkinson Blvd. There's also a store at the warehouse if you need the part asap and can pickup call first to ensure its there (or check the website). I always do the research ahead of time to ensure I get the part I want as they have several variations of the same part from cheap import to lifetime warranty for the same item.
