Message: Found myself stranded, and in immediate need of a new battery last week. What a Customer Service driven and pleasant team they have here! Called to see if they'd deliver to a residence less than a mile from their store, while assuming in advance that they only did commercial deliveries. Spoke with Curt(sp?), explained my situation, and he asked if I could hold. Upon return, he told me that another team member offered to drop one off as he was about to leave for lunch. Mario showed up about 15 mins later, even offering to change it out in my driveway! I'm a middle aged lady, that doesn't write reviews, good or bad, but wanted to give a very load and public Thank You(! ) to these 2 great guys for going above and beyond what's expected (even by myself), and offering exemplary Customer Service! I hope that management appreciates the great crew working this store, as they've solidly earned all of my future business for their company! Thanx guys!

Message: IN THE MIDST OF THIS "GLOBAL PANDEMIC":. I caught a nail on the way from New Bern to Garner and stopped in here to get a patch. The employees are awesome! They knew exactly where the tire repair supplies were, very polite and professional, and offered me a rain coat when a squall rolled through. They didn't have any issues with my kids using their restroom while I repaired the tire. Great store with great employees.
