Message: I usually go there because they're closest to me and not much difference between them and AutoZone O'Reilly's, ECT other than that Napa is my choice because they usually have what the others don't and their products are overall a little better except for car batteries Napa is the place to go.

Message: It's good a experience sometimes, but sometimes it's terrible. Looks closed after dark they forget to cut the outside lights on. One thing is they can't seem to keep employees working so have some patience if you shop there!

Message: Had to go buy a battery for my car and they usually do the installation. Well he did it, but not before he had to physically and not easily remove the other one. It was so rusted out and corrosive that it took him over an hour to replace it. I just hope the cash I gave him made the trouble worth it. Thank you so much. I was working at the DC 25 plant but it just proved to be too much for me. But I appreciate everything and everyone there.

Message: The guy who helped me with my purchase was named Todd. He was very helpful. He even went out and raised the hood of my vehicle to be sure of what I needed. Someone should give that man a pay raise. He was very polite and informative and I will definitely be back to that location in the future.
